The Latinx Accelerator is a 10-week life and leadership mastermind coaching and accountability program for Latinx entrepreneurs, coaches, creators, and side hustlers who desire to contribute meaningfully to their communities and do so with a tribe of talented Latinx leaders from all over the country. Those joining this program will already have a clear idea about something they are looking to work on and take to the next level.
Working with an experienced personal and professional coach in a small-group of dynamic participants, we will partner to create transformational results around leadership growth and success in all areas of your life from the personal to professional. Coaching is a results-focused endeavor, and will center around meeting individual objectives that you have for your time in the program.

THE HOW + WHAT
You will identify 1 project that you will tackle during our time together - We will help you in our initial coaching session come up with what that is. This should be a MASSIVE project that has a lot of weight for you, whether it be 4x-ing your business, amplifying your social media presence, starting a speaking presence, starting a company, growing your coaching business, changing careers or maximizing your impact in any area of your life. Through the support of Coach Harry + other world class coaches and other truly amazing inspiring latinxs, we’ll break down your vision into manageable action steps so you can attain success.
You’ll have 1:1 private coaching calls, group calls, crush-it sessions, and celebrations to help you stay accountable, inspired, and on-track for the duration of the 3 months.

Meet Your Coaches
Coach & Founder of Launch Latinx Academy, Harry Lopez
Harry Lopez, MA, is a Transformational Coach, Entrepreneur, and Leader in the Consciousness industry. He is the Founder of Launch Latinx, a mindset and business coaching accelerator program that champions extraordinary latino visionaries and coaches to access their limitless potential in an intensive 12 week program. Harry received his Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and his Master’s in Education from Lipscomb University and is a graduate of the Social Impact Strategy Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice.
He received his training in Results Coaching from the International Coaching Federation in partnership with Teach For America. He primarily coaches visionary entrepreneurs on the path to starting and scaling their businesses. Yet he still takes on corporate clients from entry level employees up to C-Suite Executives at companies like Google, Youtube, Netflix, Airbnb, Amazon, Facebook, and more. Harry is a former Adjunct Professor of Business Leadership at Broward College, 2012 Teach For America Corps Member, and Fulbright Scholarship recipient.
Ana Sheila Victorino
Ana Sheila is a mindset and business coach for Launch Latinx. She is most passionate about helping others meet their potential, live authentically fulfilling and healthy lives, and eliminating the physical and mental barriers that get in the way.
Ana Sheila is a co-owner of Tamarindo, a Latinx centered platform that leverages media through a podcast (Tamarindo Podcast), live, and digital events and offerings to inspire, inform, and impact the community. She co-founded Bask and Being, stress resiliency and change management startup with the mission of cultivating healthier organizational cultures that enable people to do their best work.
Ana Sheila has a background in technology primarily as a product manager at both large companies and startups and has taught survey product management courses for The Product school. Originally from Mexico City, Ana Sheila received her BA from Stanford and an MBA from UCLA where she was the VP of Diversity and Inclusion and on the board of the LGBTQ organization. She is tri-lingual, a fitness fiend, basketball superfan, and hopes to finally learn how to Salsa during quarantine so she can break it down on the dance floor when things open back up.
